now it's back.. for about 15 mins I was blocked at the mitigation level, by vanwatech.
I guess I don't have to set it to public yet after all.
a public board is an unlocked board where anyone can post.
qr has always been a public board.
Q's board is a private board that only they use.
That's the diff between "Public", and "listed".
