The problem with that is, that Jim or any Site Admin, or GV or BO, BV etc. etc. can pretend to be "Anon" and be a "Baker" here, thereby circumventing that logic. (but) Hiring or any other sort of verifying of baker could still do the same thing, so it's all moot…
