even though the institution is usurped, people still understand that it was supposed to be something else.

the detractors always hated it.

they take it over.

they turn it into a zombie of what it was and then tell al lwho used to believe that it would only be ruled by a virtuous person . . .

wait . . .they realize that no one used to beleive that.

they have ignroed all the good people who are still part of it hoping for a better ruler.

if you say to tear down institutions, start with the ones that feed and clothe you.
