Let us take a closer look at the Oath:
“I will be loyal to Her Majesty the Queen and to Canada” or “I will be loyal to Canada”
Which Queen are they taking the oath to? The one who swore an oath to uphold the law as per the King James Version of the Bible (KJV Bible), or the one who is the personification of the Crown and at the apex of the legal and political systems?
Big difference as one is law and one is legal. Legal is not law. Legal comes from legislative policy and is given the colour and force of law, but it is not law. Legal is like law, similar to but not. Legal is corporate policy.
“I will, to the best of my ability”
Is this useful as an excuse? Could a police officer say something to the effect of, “I was just doing my job to the best of my ability and did not realize that what I was doing was actually unlawful”?
“preserve the peace, prevent offences“
When a police officer issues a Provincial Offence Notice for a minor traffic infraction or for any other victim-less “crime” for that sake does he/she actually attempt to preserve the peace? Does the officer try to prevent an offence or just does their job to the best of their ability?

Offence is an odd word as it shows in the editor as a wrong spelled word. Offence is not the same as offense. It is like Legal and Law. Offense is a law word (cause harm). Offence is like offense, similar to, like but not. Offense is in the realm of law and offence is in the world of legal. Law is law and legal is corporate fiction.

The most important phrase in the oath, “according to law”. The OPP is a corporation as is Canada as is the Crown. They are in the legal realm which has nothing to do with the law. Remember legal is like, similar to but not law. Legal is corporate policy.
Therefore, the OPP are policy enforcers for various crown corporations and private companies that benefit from legislated policy.
The Provincial Offence Notices that are issued to you by OPP officers are not for offenses since you cause no harm. They are for offences, which are nothing more than revenue streams for the corporation. This is not law. It is theft of your property. Theft causes harm and is against the law.

The Queen took an oath to uphold the law as per the KJV Bible and so should have all OPP members. Law appears over 500 times in the KJV. Legal appears 0 times in the KJV.

Ticket for trespassing at Radisson COVID Hotel tossed (we think)
For weeks, we have reported on the demonstrators who assemble every Thursday afternoon outside the Radisson Suite Hotel Toronto Airport — a property that is anything but “sweet” these days. That’s because this Radisson is now being used as a federal COVID quarantine facility to imprison — er, house — Canadians returning to Canada.
But inexplicably, on one such occasion, I was charged with trespassing. What did I do? Kick in an emergency exit? Climb up the exterior wall à la Batman? No, I merely walked towards the hotel's front entrance, whereupon one set of sliding doors opened. Alas, another set of sliding doors remained closed, so I never made it into the lobby. The reason for my visit? To get the Radisson’s side of the story. But since nobody would greet me, my cameraman Mocha and I simply left.
Well apparently, attempting to visit the lobby of a hotel that is supposedly open to the public is… trespassing?
Well… yeah. Because members of the Toronto Police Service later paid a visit to my personal residence in Richmond Hill to serve me with a trespassing ticket!
Recently, we had our day in court.
Guess what? We apparently won by default. Which is to say, there was no record of the charge in the system.
That means one of two things: First, this was a bona fide clerical error (meaning the police have up to six months to serve me with an additional trespassing ticket). Or, the Crown looked at the evidence and decided there were no reasonable grounds for prosecution, and thus, dismissed the ticket.
I think the second scenario is more likely. After all, a hotel is not a personal residence — it is indeed open to the public. And check out what happened AFTER my visit to the Radisson: suddenly, signage appeared stating “No Trespassing” and “Private Property,” and a fence was erected to prevent anyone from reaching the front entrance. The question arises: why weren’t these warnings and barriers there on the day I came by?
In any event, it looks like it’s time for us to do a little victory dance. Sure, we won by default, but a “W” is a “W.” And besides, the charge was outrageous and ridiculous. We did not trespass; we were merely practicing journalism. That’s not a crime in Canada.

California governor’s WE Charity connections prompts questions in US media
A US news outlet published a report regarding WE Charity’s involvement with California Governor Gavin Newsom, while a number of Canadian parliamentary committees continue to investigate the organization and its ties to the Liberal government.
According to ABC7 NEWS, approximately 1,400 schools and nearly 400,000 students in the state were funnelled through WE Charity programs with the endorsement of Newsom.
Between 2014 and 2016, while Newsom was still the Lt. Gov. of California, he became a co-chair of WE Day California alongside his wife, Jennifer Newsom.
During a 2016 WE Day California event, Newsom delivered remarks alongside San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo.
“No one is given a ticket here, you have to earn the right to get here,” said Newsom at the time.
Newsom’s involvement with the charity extended beyond even speaking engagements, after a letter sent to former California State Superintendent Tom Torlakson revealed that Newsom had urged Torlakson to have school districts and administrators attend WE Charity’s event.
State records also reveal that a request by Newsom led to a donation from Comcast to WE Charity totaling $242,500. Additionally, it was revealed that another organization with ties to WE founders Craig and Marc Keilburger sent Newsom and his wife baby gifts worth $110.
“Over the years, WE Charity has provided youth volunteerism programs to 18,000 schools in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, empowering young people to help more than 5,000 causes. In California, WE Charity serves 1,400 schools and educational groups with free curricular programs supporting youth service, youth mental health, and trauma-informed learning programs,” WE Charity said in a statement provided to ABC 7 NEWS.
Currently, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is being investigated by the Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner regarding his involvement in WE being awarded a $900 million student service grant last summer despite the Trudeau family receiving close to half a million dollars in compensation and reimbursements from the group.
During the most recent testimony by the Kielburgers before the House of Commons ethics committee, Marc Kielburger blamed the Trudeau government of “hiding behind” the children’s charity to avoid a political scandal.
“WE Charity agreed to help, that’s what charities do, they help for what is needed. We didn’t advise the prime minister and Minister Morneau to not recuse themselves, we never prorogued parliament, we’re not involved in the decision to filibuster the committee this fall,” said Marc Kielburger.
“This is a political scandal for the government, not WE Charity. The government hid behind a children’s charity by letting it take the fall for their political decisions, and the opposition allowed them.”

Toronto real estate board ditches term “master” bedroom over “offensive undertones”
The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) will be replacing the term “master” bedroom from all of it’s databases and its multiple listing service with the more politically correct term “primary” bedroom.
According to a news release by TRREB, the change was introduced by the organization’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force as an attempt to better align with Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) practices.
“It will also address the negative connotations surrounding “master” bedroom, which many Members, others in the industry, and the public at large associate with terminology rooted in slavery and/or sexism. We also heard some of your concerns about the offensive undertones associated with this term,” claimed the news release.
“We know that words matter, and this is a step forward in rethinking outdated terms and modernizing the language used in the real estate industry.”
Among the bodies to be impacted by the change include Stratus, Collaborate, Matrix, TRREB.ca and any WEBForms® used by agents in the region.
“The real estate industry across North America is starting to come together around primary as a more appropriate term and to ensure ongoing productive communication between real estate professionals and their communities,” said the news release.
Since 2020, the CREA has removed the term “master” bedroom from its own platforms citing its relationship to slavery and male centricity.
“There is no definitive historical proof showing the term ‘master,’ when used in real estate to describe rooms of a home, is associated with slavery; however, the term’s relationship to slavery and its male centricity has caused concern,” wrote a CREA blog post on the change.

B.C. business owners flood streets of Vancouver to protest latest COVID-19
After covering many freedom protests over the past year in B.C., I still couldn’t believe my eyes when close to 2,000 mostly new faces gathered in protest of British Columbia’s latest COVID-19 restrictions, that will likely bankrupt many of the province’s small and medium-sized businesses.

Bill Blair says “extremists” make up gun lobby during Liberal convention panel
Public Safety Minister Bill Blair told a Liberal Party policy convention audience that “extremists” make up the ranks of Canada’s gun lobby.
“Not every person who is in the gun lobby is an extremist, but anybody extremist is in the gun lobby,” said Blair during a panel on gun violence.
In response to Blair’s comments, the Canadian Coalition for Firearm Rights (CCFR) lashed back at the minister accusing him of slandering hard working and law-abiding Canadians.
“The ‘gun lobby’ is moms, dads, grandparents, teachers, lawyers, cops, military, tax payers. It’s average Canadians,” wrote the official CCFR Twitter account.
Under the Trudeau Liberals, around 1,500 firearms were prohibited after the federal government bypassed debate in the House of Commons and introduced Bill C-21 using an order in council.
The law effectively bans the ownership, sale and distribution of those guns throughout the country, giving owners of the guns a limited time period to turn their firearms into the government under a federal buyback program.
According to prior statements by Blair, the minister assured a House of Commons committee in June 2020 that it was a “mistruth and deception put out by the gun lobby” and that his government was not intent on legislating such a ban.
Since then, the Liberals expanded the legislation to include “any device, including an unregulated airgun that looks exactly like a conventional regulated firearm (i.e., shoots over 500 feet per second).”
“No further ‘replica’ firearms could be imported into, or sold/transferred in Canada,” a government document claims.
In response to the legislation, a record number of Canadians signed a parliamentary petition urging the federal government to change course.
“We, the undersigned, citizens of Canada, call upon the Prime Minister to immediately scrap his government’s May 1, 2020, Order in Council decision related to confiscating legally owned firearms and instead pass legislation that will target criminals, stop the smuggling of firearms into Canada, go after those who illegally acquire firearms, and apologize to legal firearms owners in Canada,” reads petition e-2574 which was signed by 230,905 Canadians across the country.

Police in Ontario seize $1.2M in drugs, 32 guns
An investigation into an organized crime group allegedly involving outlaw motorcycle clubs by multiple police forces in Ontario has resulted in dozens of arrests, hundreds of charges, the seizure of multiple firearms and more than $1 million in drugs.
In a statement released on Friday, police revealed 55 search warrants were executed in Durham Region, Belleville, Madoc, Montreal, Hamilton and Toronto. 28 arrests were made and 291 charges were laid for offences, including break-and-enter, participation in a criminal organization, firearm trafficking and possession of controlled substances.
The six-month probe dubbed Project KAKIA was led by Durham Regional Police’s (DRPS) Gun and Gang Enforcement Unit. The operation was conducted in partnership with the RCMP Transnational Serious and Organized Crime Unit, the Canada Border Services Agency, Ontario Province Police and police services in Peterborough, Toronto and Belleville.
The police investigated multiple criminal networks that allegedly involved members of the Hell’s Angels Motorcycle Club from the Brooklin and Belleville charters and the Red Devils Motorcycle Club.
Officers seized approximately $1.2 million in drugs and 32 firearms — five shotguns, 15 rifles and 12 handguns. The drugs seized included cocaine, psilocybin, cannabis marijuana, cannabis resin, methamphetamine, heroin, fentanyl and cannabis edibles packaged as candy.
Police also seized two percussion grenades, overcapacity magazines, thousands of rounds of ammunition, five vehicles, $290,000 in cash and $148,000 in property allegedly obtained by crime.
The investigation also provided additional information related to a homicide that occurred in Oshawa, Ont. on Nov. 29, 2020, in which a father of two Justin Blight, 27, was gunned down in a shootout at an apartment on Simcoe St. near Athol St.

Chest Pain, Paralysis, Seizures: Woman Details HORRIFIC J&J ‘Covid Vaccine’ Side Effects from Hospital Bed
A woman who received the Covid-19 vaccine manufactured by Johnson & Johnson detailed numerous severe adverse reactions from a hospital bed.
In a video uploaded to Tik Tok, Dallas resident Tabatha Lauren says she received the vaccine on April 7, one day before she began suffering multiple severe health issues.
“I got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine yesterday,” the woman says. “Nobody knows if this is the reason that all this stuff is going on.”
Lauren explains it “Started with chest pain, paralysis on my left side.”
“I was rushed over via ambulance to [Baylor University Medical Center] where I have had numerous scans done. I have had about eight seizures in the last two days – never had a seizure before. They did find a 3mm brain aneurysm. I am currently hooked up to my EEG so they can monitor my seizures.”

Bill Gates, George Soros team up to create Orwellian nightmare organization focused on policing “disinformation”
The Aspen Institute Commission on Information (AICI) has been tasked with launching an effort to eliminate “misinformation” and “disinformation” from the internet, and none other than billionaire eugenicists Bill Gates and George Soros are funding the operation.
According to reports, numerous key personalities from media, business and government are also on board with the project, which aims to stop all questioning of Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines,” fraudulent elections, and other potential show-stoppers to the globalist agenda.
Katie Couric, a fake news icon, is a co-chair of AICI, as is Rashad Robinson, the CEO of the far-left activist group Color of Change. Couric recently suggested during an interview with HBO host Bill Maher that “we” should “deprogram” people who were involved with President Donald Trump’s “cult,” while Robinson has been a loud voice in efforts to defund the police.
Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Director Chris Krebs also co-chairs AICI. As you may recall, Krebs declared the 2020 election to be “the most secure in history,” a comment that was quickly met with criticism from senior Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials.
Between 2003 and 2020, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has dumped upwards of $105 million into AICI. The Foundation to Promote Open Society and the Open Society Institute, both run by Soros, have together contributed more than $3 million to AICI, according to Foundation Directory Online data.

Joseph Vasquez of NewsBusters identified other questionable members of AICI that also deserve a mention. Estranged liberal Duke of Sussex Prince Harry is listed, as is Quadrivium Foundation co-founder and president Kathryn Murdoch, the climate activist wife of former Fox News heir and fellow eco-activist James Murdoch.
“Quadrivium was listed as a funder behind a leftist organization called Democracy Works,” Vasquez further explains. “Democracy Works was used to formulate Facebook and Google’s 2020 election strategy.”
Another member of AICI is former Republican Congressman Will Hurd of Texas, a vehement anti-Trump politician.
The obvious goal of AICI’s speech policing plans is to prevent the rise of another populist candidate like Trump who might steer the sheep away from the deep state’s globalist agenda. AICI also wants to stamp out all talk about Chinese virus injections killing people, or the plandemic itself being a sham.
“To prevent total liberal hegemony, America First must build competing institutions and prop up talented individuals who can challenge the oligarchs’ grand designs,” suggests Jose Nino, writing for Big League Politics.
“Otherwise, an ineffective response will guarantee a complete consolidation of the liberal regime.”
The hilarity of Bill Gates and George Soros claiming to care about protecting the truth against lies did not go unnoticed. Many independent news readers were quick to point out the hypocrisy of these two claiming to be trustworthy sources of guidance on what is true and what is false.
“‘Policing disinformation?’ Is that some kind of joke?” asked one commenter. “Coming from Soros and Gates, it ought to be named ‘creating disinformation.'”
Others noted that instead of advocating for truth, Gates and Soros will actually be promoting “hate and division” under the guise of filtering out alleged “deception” on the internet.
“Are these creeps kidding?” asked another commenter. “THEM fact checking for ‘disinformation?’ That’s like putting a rapist in charge of couples counseling.”
A real zinger came from someone named Phil Cameron who jokingly asked:
“What are they going to call it, Snopes?”
It is encouraging to see many folks waking up to the sham that is these globalist billionaires. Hopefully this awakening continues to spread.

All signs that the officers won't be leaving any time soon, in a situation reminiscent of what happened to Adamson Barbecue in Toronto when its owner tried to reopen for indoor dining.
On yesterday's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, Ezra wonder what, exactly, are Alberta's politicians are doing about this.
Referring to one MLA who released a video offering his support for the church, Ezra said:
Great, I'm glad he did it. He's literally the only MLA in Alberta I have seen who spoke out for the church — sort of, that is.
Did he call for the troops to leave there? Where was he when the pastor was jailed? Why is he recording the video at the legislature, why didn't he just drive the 15 minutes down to the church property itself? I'm not saying break into the church property, stand on the road.

Montreal police have raided the Airbnb where Rebel News reporters have been staying to report on the curfew and the lockdown in Quebec.

Canada Invests $10 Million into CERN’s Hadron Collider

With the help of a government investment, Canadian tech and research is going to be a part of one of the most important scientific advancements in the last 25 years.
The Canadian government has announced a $10 million investment into the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) located at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva, Switzerland. The LHC is the most powerful particle accelerator in the world.
Along with this investment, experts at Vancouver’s TRIUMF lab will lead production of key elements for the accelerator as part of a $2 million in-kind contribution.
“Great science knows no borders,” said Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities. “Great scientists know that success lies in strong collaboration. The Canadian science community is internationally recognized and valued as an important leader and partner in particle physics. By supporting our outstanding researchers, engineers and technicians, we enable them to work with our international partners to further our reputation as a global leader in particle physics.
The funding will be used to create five superconducting crab cavity cryomodules. Crab cavities help increase the overall luminosity of collisions within the LHC, and the luminosity of a collider “is proportional to the number of collisions that occur in a given amount of time. The higher the luminosity, the more collisions, and the more data the experiments can gather to allow them to observe rare processes,” according to CERN.
This new Canadian funding will create the advanced super deep freezers that will house those crab cavities. When they are completed, they will cool down subatomic particles to just above absolute zero, allowing scientists to manipulate and track particles before they smash together. These kinds of experiments have a multitude of reasons for being conducted, but the main reason is that they can track how matter was first created and detail the origins of the universe.
“We are very pleased with Canada’s contribution to the LHC project, which is another important milestone in a long-standing, fruitful collaboration with CERN,” said Fabiola Gianotti, Director-General of CERN. “The technology and expertise of TRIUMF and Canadian industries, working with the strong particle physics community in the country, will be crucial in building very ambitious accelerator components for the next major project at CERN.”
Companies across Canada—with a focus on B.C. businesses—will build these super freezers. The hopeful outcome is that this technology will help CERN conduct more particle collisions than ever. In addition, this project will call on researchers from several Canadian institutions including McGill University, York University, the University of Toronto and others to ensure it is completed efficiently.
Canada has worked with CERN before, namely with the ATLAS project that currently boasts over 200 Canadian researchers working in experimental particle physics.
