The original 20 equations can be found in Maxwell's first edition text.

the simplified equations do not allow for developing energy from a vacuum. Here is a link its not mine where you can find a write up and where you can buy the original book on amazon. This is not simple stuff. It would take years of study to understand.

This paper also shows a magnetic Wankel engine (suppressed from the world market) that can be built by any electrical engineering department or physics department, and then tested at COP>1.0 to one's heart's content.
