How can this be HRC?

This women doesn't look like HRC to me. At all. I watched a video the other day with her and even there she didn't look right.

What doesn't look right:

She appears to be 120 pounds lighter.

Eyes not quite the same. More round and bright.

Smile and teeth, just a titch off.

Hands - my G_d, when to cankles ever have such slim fingers/hands?

Knees - skinny knees! Since when!!!!

This women doesn't appear to have cankles, either.

Botox wouldn't account for the smoother skin either.

Additionally, the leg to thigh to waist to chest ratio all appear off. This women appears to be shorter, thinner, younger, and less wide (as in bone structure).

Just looks off and I know it sounds bizarre.
