Supreme Court Denies Bid by Judicial Watch to Require Hillary Clinton Testify Under Oath About Her Emails

The Supreme Court on Monday denied a bid by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch to uphold a court ruling requiring Hillary Clinton to testify under oath about her private email system.

The Supreme Court’s denial was unsigned and issued without comment.

In January Judicial Watch filed a petition for writ of certiorari (“cert petition”) with the U.S. Supreme Court asking it to uphold a court ruling requiring Hillary Clinton to testify under oath about her private email system.

Hillary Clinton used a private email system to conduct official government business when she was the head of the Department of State.

Through many FOIA lawsuits, Judicial Watch revealed that many of Hillary Clinton’s emails contained classified material, including the name of a clandestine CIA agent.

Last March a federal court ordered a deposition of Hillary Clinton on her emails and Benghazi attack records in response to a FOIA lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch.

Hillary Clinton’s lawyers immediately filed an emergency appeal to stop her court-ordered email testimony.

Clinton’s team filed an emergency writ of mandamus to avoid testifying and the DC Court of Appeals granted her relief in August.

Hillary Clinton ignored the law but received special protection from both the courts and law enforcement. For countless Americans, this double standard of justice has destroyed confidence in the fair administration of justice. Americans would never have known about Hillary Clinton’s email and related pay for play scandals but for Judicial Watch’s diligence. We expect that the Biden State and Justice Departments will continue to protect her and cover up their own misconduct as we press for additional accountability through the courts.

On Sunday night NIAID Director Dr. Anthony Fauci went on CNN and told the hosts he made the decision on January 10, 2020 to develop a vaccine for the coronavirus.

President Trump is widely credited with launching Operation Warp Speed in May 2020 todevelop, manufacture and distribute a proven coronavirus vaccine as “fast as possible.”

Unfortunately, for Dr. Fauci there is evidence to prove this was not the case and that the man is lying once again.

Back on January 21, 2020, Dr. Anthony Fauci told Newsmax TV host Greg Kelly that the United States did not have to worry about the coronavirus.

This Fauci video took place 11 days after his new claim that he made on Sunday about the decision to produce a vaccine on January 10th.

What a crock!

And in March 2020 Dr. Fauci said a vaccine would not be possible in under a year.

Dr. Anthony Fauci appeared to take credit for the development of the country’s COVID-19 vaccines — without ever mentioning the role of the Trump administration’s Operation Warp Speed campaign.

In a CNN special that aired Sunday, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases said the “best decision” he made was fast-tracking efforts to produce a vaccine.

“When I saw what happened in New York City, almost overrunning of our health care system, it was like, ‘Oh my goodness,’ ” Fauci told CNN correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta on “COVID WAR: The Pandemic Doctors Speak Out.”

“And that’s when it became very clear that the decision we made on January the 10th – to go all out and develop a vaccine – may have been the best decision that I’ve ever made with regard to an intervention as director of the institute.”

Trump announced in May that he was launching Operation Warp Speed to develop, manufacture and distribute a proven coronavirus vaccine as “fast as possible.”

Ballot Audit in Montana Finds Irregularities Characteristic of Larger Democrat Urban Centers – 6.33% Ballots Without Required Envelopes

We are starting to see a definite pattern here.

There were numerous abnormalities, over-counting, and outright fraud in the 2020 election in Democrat-majority enclaves across the country. It wasn’t just in Detroit, Philadelphia, and Atlanta, it appears to be more widespread.

A new election study from left-leaning Missoula, Montana found that 6.33% of all mail-in ballots lacked envelopes and the required signatures indicating it was cast on time.

So it wasn’t just Democrat inner cities, the election abnormalities is more widespread.

In November, the group approached state Rep. Brad Tschida, a Republican, to formally take up the issue. Tschida hired a lawyer involved in the group, Quentin Rhoades, to represent him in corresponding with Missoula County Elections Administrator Bradley Seaman, a Democratic appointee and a longtime supporter of progressive causes.

Seaman’s office complied with Tschida’s request for access to all of the county’s ballot envelopes, and on Jan. 4 a team of volunteers, overseen by Rhoades, conducted an audit with the assistance of the Missoula County Elections Office. The audit consisted of both a count and review of all ballot envelopes and comparing that to the number of officially recorded votes during the Nov. 3, 2020, general election.

Its conclusions were troubling: 4,592 out of the 72,491 mail-in ballots lacked envelopes— 6.33% of all votes. Without an officially printed envelope with registration information, a voter’s signature, and a postmark indicating whether it was cast on time, election officials cannot verify that a ballot is legitimate. It is against the law to count such votes.

What’s more, according to auditors, county employees claimed that during the post-election audit, some of the envelopes may have been double-counted, possibly indicating an even higher number of missing envelopes.

Islamic State claims Mozambique attack that killed 55, thousands reported fleeing besieged gas town

Attacks that killed 55 people in the northern Mozambique town of Palma, an area worth billions of dollars to gas companies, have reportedly been claimed by Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) via its Amaq news agency.

The government confirmed dozens of fatalities in the coastal town of 75,000 people near the Tanzanian border on Sunday, after as many as 100 IS-linked al-Shabab militants besieged Palma on March 24.

Militants fired indiscriminately at people and buildings during their assault, according to Human Rights Watch.

Mozambique’s Defense Ministry said an army operation had been launched, but IS on Monday claimed to have taken over Palma after days of battling the security forces.

Foreign workers employed nearby at French Total’s multi-billion-dollar LNG terminal construction project were among those who were forced to seek refuge in a hotel and at a gas plant amid the attacks.

One British and one South African citizen are reported to be among the dead.

Between 6,000 and 10,000 people are now waiting to be evacuated, according to AFP.

Some 1,400 people, the majority of them Total staff, were taken by boat to the town of Pemba, 250 kilometers south of Palma, on Sunday.

‘Hard-hitting analysis’: CNN blasted for piece explaining the ‘secret’ behind Joe Biden being so ‘popular’

CNN is being accused of pushing propaganda after publishing a fawning news ‘analysis’ attempting to explain that President Joe Biden’s recent poll success is due to him doing “popular things” on “popular issues."

“Biden’s secret to success is simple: he’s addressing the issues Americans care about, while his weaker issues are those that most Americans don’t seem as worried about,” CNN’s breakdown reads.

The article cites a recent ABC/Ipsos poll that showed Biden leading on issues like the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic, but earning majority disapproval on situations like the migrant surge at the US/Mexico border and his handling of gun violence.

CNN’s Harry Enten argues that because the issues Biden earns a majority of support on are the ones poll respondents identified as the most important in an earlier poll, he is “popular” among Americans.

“The bottom line is that as long as Biden does popular things on popular issues he'll continue to be popular,” Enten writes, adding: “Such a formula is simple, but you’d be surprised how many politicians manage to screw it up.”
