I see it sitting there on vesselfinder.com, which, from what I've found during these last days, is pretty accurate (more than marinetraffic.com, for example).
wouldn't know which is the best site – I suspect different sites for different regions.
not having any logins/subscriptions and having compared marinetraffic & vesselfinder for that ever given case, I went for vesselfinder, as some tugboats didn't even show up on marinetraffic.
don't know if there's anything other that's free and would even be better tan those two.

What you see for free is AIS data (i.e. close to coasts).
So with a subscription you'd probably get satellite data and all the additonal "insider" info (track history, detailed ship infos, ownership etc).
