My theory:
The first tweet was just an example message signifying that you need a cipher for second tweet which was the true message. The letter ‘Z’ misspelling being the marker.
Second tweet (which was also deleted):
“Aplogi[zes for any confusion].”
When plugged into the the same cipher program it renders some interesting results.
Out of these I believe the real message was “Bug Top End Contagion”.
I believe they were publicly saying that they have proof from the very top that the so called pandemic was used for political purposes. They did so with plausible deniability by doing it this way. They wanted those at the top of the conspiracy to know that they have proof of what they’ve done. Possibly bugged them and caught it all on tape.
