No. Single elements, of the billions that are in the chip, may have features that are that small.
When they talk about the 5nm chips - 5nm is the smallest feature size (ie. the width of the transistors, the wires that connect the transistors, etc.)
The chip itself contains billions of those.
To get that small, it IS a very hard process.
