How do you help to make the 'sheep' start thinking themselves.
Sometimes I try to think back how I started questioning everything. It takes a lot of time.
Of course when talking to the people it should be more of a brainstorming than Q and A situation.
If they are on the wrong path it makes no sense to tell them that they are and we are right. For example it would be better to say ask, why they think this way, or what makes them believe this or if there could be something else… soth like this.
