Ever since I came down with it I wake up with the sunrise and I can't go back to sleep. I just have to get up. Then with an hour or so after sunset I have to go to bed. It's the weirdest thing

Ah the gold mining. Yes I'm vaguely aware of that situation. It's also led me to research a lot about ormus or monoatomic gold which I think might be a big key to all this. But I don't think there is a real source yet of true ormus that I can find
