Again, Very TRUE.

The scriptural reality is that ALL good works transpire with evil present remaining within us ALL. It's not a "one or the other" situation. Paul was clear about this in Romans 7, particularly vs. 21. Paul also shows us in vs. 25 that his flesh still served the "law of sin." What does this mean? It means that when the law arrives, sin resists, internally, as shown in vs. 7-13. This fact does not change for anyone including believers. It's a fact we live with each day, "sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof." Matt. 6:24

Everyone deals with this internal onslaught from evil present within us. Believers know (supposedly) that the source of this is our adversary(s), unseen. Therefore we "alienate" ourselves from "it." But to say this isn't true, that we do deal with evil onslaught internally, makes us liars and pawns of evil, and we deceive ourselves.

No amount of "good works" will make anyone sinless or defray from the fact of evil's internal resisting to the law actions-presence, "in mind." Static or active presence, it's still there within.

The only factor is our personal honesty about it, which can only come from enlightenment about it from His Words. The Word doesn't lie to us about this fact, it "exposes" it. When we "hide" from this fact we are only kidding ourselves.

Now ask me how easy it is to go headlong into evil, such as we see with many of our so called leaders, both sectarian and religious. The majority don't even know of this "alien internal presence" of EVIL. They think "it's only me." And from there just about any evil becomes "personally justified" and full on pawns of evil are spawned therein.

Again, very TRUE. Not withstanding all of the above in any cases of sight. Was 'evil present' born again? Did evil present become suddenly cooperative to the law? No. It's not possible, nor was it, ever, possible. Sin/evil present is always in contention within everyone. This is what we observe in the REAL WORLD with our own eyes every single day.

Is it all then only evil? No. Of course there is likewise good in ALL. It is disingenuous to lean one way or the other. The fact is there is always BOTH transpiring. When we seek to paint ourselves only one way, we are stepping out of the light and into denial of the obvious.

No amount of "good works" should cause anyone to think of themselves as only good. That is the heart of deception. Jesus was clear about this:

Luke 17:10

So likewise ye, >when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you<, say, >>We are unprofitable servants:<< we have done that which was our duty to do.

Why do we say/see this? See the above facts.

I prefer to see all people as they are. Both good and evil. I also believe God is the Savior of all people, but not the Savior of evil/devils. In this present life these parties in "overlapped." Love one, hate the other. Personally apply both sights.

Paul left us with a two fold STARE on this subject. On one hand he says 'sin NOT.' 1 Cor. 15:34. On the other hand he claims to be the chief of sinners after salvation. 1 Tim. 1:15

We obtain this sight as well, when we see internal evil and it's source as "our internal foreign adversary." It is a TWO FOLD existence of 2 entirely different parties, therefore Paul made BOTH observations applicable to himself. One continually sins. The other doesn't. Romans 9:18-24 and 1 Tim. 2:20-21 unfolds the two vessels of what we consider as "me." Only one is "me," the vessel of honor. The other isn't. It is the vessel of dishonor.

Again, very TRUE. And not just potentially. It's just an internal fact of evil present/evil thoughts therein, which DO defile us all. Matt. 15:19-20, Mark 7:21-23 and Matt. 5:28. The defiling is a real FACT, not a potential fact. Sin is a progression from what? Thought. To word. To deed. All sin regardless.

IF what Jesus said is true in Mark 4:15, when Satan enters the heart to STEAL, then every sin by the chief sinner is also present. Perceived or not.

The Christian hope, is ultimately to be permanently "divided" from our internal adversary(s). When we think it's just us, we are actually vainly trying to "save them too." It won't happen that way.

Remember, Every Word, even the BAD WORDS, apply to ALL of us. Matt. 4:4, Luke 4:4

When we understand "division" personally, we'll see LIFE in Every Word, even the BAD ONES that naturally/fleshly try so hard to "AVOID."
