Scripture says Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father, not the Son.
It was also the belief of all Church Fathers.

It isn't semantics. It's two different words, with different meaning. Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father. Scripture says this. The word is ἐκπορεύεται. This refers to eternal origin, not to sending that is performed by the Son in time.
