Even demons can say the name "Jesus". They know how He is and what He's going to do and they tremble, but they're profane buggers and have on occasion, during deliverance, even claimed they ARE Jesus. Which still gets them kicked out, but yeah. Point is: they can say His name.
If Q had never quoted scripture at all would we be parsing him to see if he said "Jesus"? Quoting scripture including John 3:16 should be a comforting and a good greeting. It is to me, anyways - like "Hello Brother-on-the-inside-of-this-mess!"
