So if Trump made a PEAD to suspend the Federal government or some parts of the Federal government, then the PEAD can be repealed by the Commander-in-Chief at a future time to restore the full Federal government.
Presumably this would happen with a new set of elections and there would be PEADs to ensure that those are fair and free of fraud. In the meantime, Trump remains C-in-C with whatever Presidential powers he granted to the C-in-C for the duration ofDevolution. But he could get elected again to some office if he chose to run. Question is, what office will he run for? In fact, is it possible that he abolished the Presidency already making him The Last President. Gonna be interesting to watch the rest of this movie
