Looks like the Saudi AF medevac is heading to the US after a brief refueling stop at London Stansted.

Looks like its second trip in a week to the DR. Or it might be headed to El Savador again. Was in Morocco a day or two back.
Engine noise is no biggie. Turboprops run at a nearly constant rpm. Thrust is obtained by varying the propeller pitch. Maybe that failed.
Disregard. I just read the NTSB report. Turbine failure. Likely due to improper interpretation and conflicting inspection criteria.
