Anybody ever seen/heard much about RNM (Remote Neural Monitoring) ?? Q, RNM relief ?

Lynn dugle signed for a patent on RNM for Raytheon to construct and configure a short range option. This started in 2004. September. Patent has been scrubbed from internet. They build and sell this technology but do not say for how much or to who. Q I hope and pray you can give those that are effected some relief. It’s world wide. All reports from TI to TI are the same.
