Amid an investigation into allegations of sexual and racist misconduct in the workplace, Jerry Richardson is selling his Carolina Panthers franchise.

Erskine Bowles, the former White House chief of staff and also a limited owner of the Carolina Panthers, will oversee the investigation into allegations of workplace misconduct against Panthers owner Jerry Richardson.

Jerry Richardson is accused of asking female employees if he could shave their legs, and using racial slurs in conversations with employees/team players.
