Hoping that the following will be of some use.

It is text-based but can provide the basis for a script for a graphic presentation – slide or video – that may intrigue newcomers of different kinds.

There are those who are curious enough to take a tentative looksee, perhaps for the sport of it (almost), perhaps for the entertainment (schadenfreude). And then there are those who solve puzzles – from Wheel of Fortune to Jeopardy to Sunday Crosswords to Rubric's Cube to games of Chess and so on.

And those who are enthralled by the spectacle of tinker-tailor-soldier-spy.

I have some skills with graphics and video but would readily defer to (and/ or assist) some with greater skills.

Q suggested that the phrase was misspelled. Nunes suggested the phrase was French. The correct French spelling is "Vive La Résistance." Q instructed that "Exchange shelters VERY senior member."

There were multiple errors with vowels in the text message. Swap the 'a' in Viva for the 'e' in Le and the misspelling is corrected. That was an exchange within the characters in the quoted phrase. The characters were shuffled.

Outside of the QDrop, POTUS provided another clue or coded message. He signed an EO regarding the handling of children of illegal immigrants detained at the border. It was posted on the WH website. In that posting, the WH misspelled a key word – making the same swap as in the QDrop, using 'a' in place of 'e' – so that separation became seperation.

The word, separation, itself hinted of a gap. It pointed, as it were, to the gap between J and C within [J C]. More on that gap in a moment. This incident with the EO also pointed at moving characters around, in this case a replacement. The WH corrected and replaced seperation with separation. The 'e' was replaced by the 'a'.

So shuffling of characters. Swap within a key phrase. Discarding and substituting within a key word.

Also, POTUS published a tweet in which the text included grammar and spelling errors. For instance, POTUS included an extra 'p' after the period at the end of his last sentence. There was no space between the full top and the 'p'.

In that tweet, POTUS paraphrased Horowitz who had testified at the Senate hearing. POTUS attributed the paraphrase in two ways: first, he named Horowitz; and second, he embedded a video clip in which Horowitz spoke for himself.

Ok, back to the QDrop in which Q seemingly attributed the misspelled phrase, "Viva Le Resistance" to LP. A hidden assumption: LP means Lisa Page as per the video clip included in POTUS' tweet. However, there was no comma, no colon mark, no dash or other indication that the phrase was attributed to "LP".

Yes, they were on the same line. Yes, one closely preceded the other (or one closely followed the other).

In deciphering this puzzle, Anons have assumed the the extra 'p' in the POTUS tweet was meant to be imported into the QDrop to complete the identifier, [J C], as [JPC]. Q confirmed that the individual was correctly identified.

And perhaps that is as far as that goes.

Exchange can also mean a deal. An artful deal, perhaps.

The extra letter in the POTUS tweet was lowercase 'p' while an uppercase 'P' was needed to complete the identifier, [JPC]. If the theme of a swap, or an exchange, is to be continued, then, the space within [J C] would be swapped with the lowercase 'p'. The space would shift to a new position within the QDrop.

Alternatively, that 'p' may serve as a pointer to what is already within the QDrop.

The P in the two-letter grouping, 'LP', was available to be shuffled into [J C] and swapped one-for-one with the space. Perhaps LP did not mean Lisa Paige but rather Lisa and Peter.

We had more than we knew within the QDrop.

The EO clue – seperation vs separation – suggested a use for the space that is removed from [J C]. The space first splits the two characters, L and P, separating them from each other. Then Peter is shuffled to complete JPC within the killbox. That would leave Lisa alone on the same line as the misspelled phrase, "Viva Le Resistance".

A character, who seemed invisible but was there in plain sight, split L and P, Lisa and Paige, and shifted P to a killbox. The same character (soon to be revealed) pointed to the shuffle of 'a' and 'e'. The corrected phrase is "Vive La Résistance". Notice the lower case 'l'. This is ordinary usage in French. It is the usage in titles were other words are capitalized.

In the QDrop where Q corrected the phrase, and so implied the transformation of 'Le' to "la', another pointer was given. The 'L' in LP transformed to a lowercase 'l'; it may serve as a pointer just like the lowercase 'p' in the POTUS tweet, however, this also suggests that the lowercase characters be combined in some way.

Again, perhaps this is as far as that goes.

Lowercase 'l' resembles the digit '1'. The letter 'p' is 16. Combined, 'l' and 'p' is 17. And that suggests the combination of the POTUS tweet and the QDrop. Two members of Q+?

In the QDrop we see three lines that suggested this is Q. Yes, these lines also provided clues to identify JPC as John P. Carlin; and Q has confirmed as much.

Define title. "Vive La Résistance" is treated as a title or calling card.

Define role w/Mueller. At this point unknown to us. Perhaps the role of protagonist? Villain/hero? Leader?

Exchange shelters VERY senior member. Member of what group?

Or of what arm of government?

Again, note the exchange theme. Exchange can also mean a negotiaton or a bargain.

Also consider the other QDrops that included shelter.

Who guards the narrative? Does the MSM shelter and protect select ‘party’ members? Does this protection insulate these ‘party’ members? (Quoting No.150166936)

When the info is released it will conclude the narrative created to delay/shelter/mask/hide all illegal activities by Hussein/others. (Paraphrasing No.1715080).

In sum, the QDrop did not attribute the misspelled phrase to Lisa Page. LP served as a placeholder. The two-character grouping has been dispersed, dislodged, re-purposed.

In the OIG report, page 416, an exchange is detailed between FBI Attorney 1 and FBI Attorney 2. Both Paige and Stzork are attorneys but are already named in the report. Possibly, one or the other was in the "Viva Le Resitance" exchange but was left unnamed so as to protect the identity of that 5th individual.

In the report, FB Attorney 1 was identified as a 'she'. FB Attorney 2 is identified as a 'he'.

A lowercase 'l' resembles the digit '1'. The letter P is 16. Combined, 17.

Is that Q behind FB Attorney 1?

The second section goes without confirmation and, I fully expect, cannot be treated as an actual QProof in its entirety. Some parts of it might be proofed soon enough.

The theme of a exchange that shelters is threaded through this particular puzzle. This one also brings to life the dangers to individuals who are immersed in the investigation and the scandal firsthand. It probably is also among the QProofs that promises the best "sex appeal" regardless of the side of aisle from which one might come at it. It has significant substance beyond all of that sort of hype, as well.

It also provides entry via different avenues. The notion that so much is left unsaid but which is in plain sight is highlighted in the slogan, we have more than we know. That is, we have more than our current knowledge to press forward.

My error may serve a useful purpose, anyway.

It is ironic that the critics who mocked POTUS for the misspelling of separation did not manage to draw much, if any, attention to the misspelling of "The corrected phrase is "Viva Le Résistance".

Subliminal bias? Even in the headlines of MSM outlets. The double standard? Yes. But it points to more that even our fellow Anons may disregard due to the sea in which we all swim.

Typos and confusion on spelling and grammar and such are experienced by most of us each and every day. A common touchstone that also adds to the appeal of a well-presented QProof on this misspelled french phrase.

We can all relate, as they say.

One more note: The idea that letters are characters and that the shuffling of characters is at play in The Plan is not to be underestimated, even if, at first, it may feel subtle. It actually drops like an anvil. Captain Obvious. So forth.

The space character may be invisible, and serves its purpose just because of that feature, but it also happens to be the widest key on the keyboard. Probably couldn't do without it, yes?

If Q is that character, then, the puzzle has its humorous side (if darkly so).

Updated Chart: 17 Called by Congress to Testify.

Identified 2 counter-intelligence (1 DOJ & 1 FBI), both fired/ resigned, together their last initials are LP. According to IG Horowitz, the FBI asked him to not reveal the names of FBI Attorney 1 and FBI Attorney 2 because these individuals worked in counter-intelligence. However, the report indicates that FB Attorney 1 is a woman; the two individuals on the team who were counter-intelligence are men.

Fixed error on FBI Attorney 2 who is in the OIG Report but who is not referred for further investigation.

Added visual cues to departments and agencies.

Regarding the last initials of David H. Laufman and of E.William “Bill” Priestap, Q placed the initials LP on same line as the French phrase "Vive la Résistance".

If [J C] is JPC, John P. Carlin, then, why would Q make such a puzzle out of this?

In an earlier post (1316), Q had already listed John Carlin as having been fired/ forced. Why go through all the convoluted hints and whatnots to attach JPC to the French phrase and to the bias shown and the apparent readiness to misuse governmental power?

Did someone get suckered into hiding JPC's identity in that text message exchange? FBI Attorney 2?

Q, perhaps tauntingly, put "LP" in front of the phrase, in post 1559. This suggested attribution to Lisa Page?

The OIG Report identified FBI Attorney 2 as male. And the FBI protected the identity of the individual because he worked in counter-intelligence.

Lisa Page is female, yes. And she did not work in counter-intelligence but even if she had, the FBI woud have now outed her work in counter-intelligence. That would contradict the reason given for using the moniker instead of an actual name.

Her "lover" did work in counter-intelligence but not a lawyer. So did Q mean to propose an amalgamation of Lisa and Peter, "LP"? Was he getting at debunking the "romantic" relationship?

If the phrase is attributed to JPC, then, it would be embarrassing for whoever hid his identity because it was well-known, that JPC had been head of the DOJ's Counter-intelligence and Export Control Section. His bias raises the stakes given his seniority in the investigating team.

What game is afoot?

First in the convoluted comms that supposedly included POTUS and tweets and Executive Orders? What is the point of playing coy regarding who said that phrase?

Second in attributing to JPC something that Q suggested was attributed to "LP"?

Possibly Q and POTUS planted the misspellings before the release of the OIG Report. Or someone did it out of haste or stress to hide something or someone else?

LP and PS are listed, by Q, as co-operating witnesses. So is PS's boss Bill Priestap. Any one of them might have used that French phrase in their communications.

When Q asked anons to define JPC's role w/ Mueller, I am wondering if the role has turned into that of co-operating witness.

Trolling someone who feels superior – by citing misspellings, especially in his attempted use of French – certainly could push hot buttons. Provoking more significant errors.

I think that the use of this as a QProof might be a little premature, fwiw. I certainly could be mistaken.
