Define Invasion.
Define Illegal Immigration.
If someone crosses the border illegally, is that an act of “illegal immigration”?
Is that person who crosses the border illegally someone who should be referred to as an
“illegal immigrant”?
Define Invader.
Define Immigrant.
When someone comes to the U.S. on a tourist visa, a work visa,
or a fiancee visa, do any of those examples demonstrate an act of “immigration”?
If someone enters the U.S. on a visa, but overstays the visa, or violates the terms of
their visa, invalidating it, while yet they remain in the U.S. for years after the visa’s invalidation,
would that person be properly called an “illegal immigrant” under the law?
When a person crosses the border without a visa or any other form of permission from
the federal government of the U.S., is that an act of “immigration”?
When 10 million people from the same country, or from a group of countries with
nearly identical cultures, and identical languages and genetic make-up,
cross the U.S. border by evading border controls, border agents and patrols, as well as
physical implements designed to prevent illegal border crossings,
would the act of those 10 million people entering the U.S. illegally constitute an act known as
“an invasion”? Why would it NOT be an act of “illegal immigration”?
If an invader’s intentions are strictly limited to invading the U.S. in order to obtain
a better life for himself and his family, does that legitimize the invasion?
Do Americans want to obtain better lives for themselves and their families?
Do Americans have other countries that are presently welcoming them with open arms,
encouraging them to immigrate? If so, how much money do they require? Do those countries offer free services, including health care, education, food, money, housing, etc?
No? Why?
Do Americans have access to any other country or countries on earth who will allow them to relocate and live for the rest of their lives, in any numbers great or small? No? Why?
Did the border cross the Mexican people, or did the Mexican people cross the border?
Who built the western United States? Mexicans? Americans? Both? Neither? Mormons?
Why do western American states contain so many Mormons, when eastern American states contain very few?
What law was passed in 1986 regarding so-called “illegal immigrants”?
What was the net result, 30+ years later, of the passage of that law?
Define invasion.
