Can't tell much. FLOTUS usually is seen with smoother, well groomed hair. This lady's hair seems brown, shorter, and just a bit disorderly.
The lady on the right has nicely groomed nails and medium pink fingernail polish.
The lady is wearing something dark in color.
The person on the left could probably be a man but can't say for sure. The leftside person has a longer torso than the lady on the right, thus shoulders that sit higher.
