If Bourdain was indeed suicided, how did (((they))) do it?

Bourdain was pretty much an expert in jujitsu and trained every single day. So, how were (((they))) able to get Bourdain to hang himself?

Surely he would have fought for his life and there would be some type of signs of a struggle?

If it was going to be made into a suicide, wouldn't it make better sense that (((they))) would make it look like he shot himself, or overdose or something?

It would be pretty tough to walk up to a martial artist and convince him to go ahead and strangle himself to death, imo.

So, either he did commit actual suicide; or (((they))) have a way to convince you that living no longer matters and that hanging yourself is a really good idea.
