Since when does the investigator/detective announce prosecution decisions? It is the prosecutor that is the team lead and would make that announcement. I thought anyways.

The Department consider making explicit that, except in situations where the law requires or permits disclosure, an investigating agency cannot publicly announce its recommended charging decision prior to consulting with the Attorney General, Deputy Attorney General, U.S. Attorney, or his or her designee, and cannot proceed without the approval of one of these officials.

DOJ OIG Announces Initiation of Review
Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz announced today
that, in response to requests from the Attorney General and Members of Congress, the Office
of the Inspector General (OIG) will initiate a review that will examine the Justice Department’s
and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) compliance with legal requirements, and with
applicable DOJ and FBI policies and procedures, in applications filed with the U.S. Foreign
Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) relating to a certain U.S. person. As part of this
examination, the OIG also will review information that was known to the DOJ and the FBI at the
time the applications were filed from or about an alleged FBI confidential source. Additionally,
the OIG will review the DOJ’s and FBI’s relationship and communications with the alleged
source as they relate to the FISC applications.
If circumstances warrant, the OIG will consider including other issues that may arise
during the course of the review.

It all seems VERY ADMINISTRATIVE and deals with "policies and procedures" so we should have never expected any huge bombshells (i.e. arrests) IMO.

They put these CHILDREN OF DIVORCE fraudulently in the computer system as if they are legitimate foster care children. Giving some of these children free college through the fraudulent foster care status and the FAFSA status of "independent children transitioning out of foster care." Win win for the batterer….never have to go to the other parent for money or college tuition and get to STICK IT TO THEM by denying all access to the children even after the children turn 18.
