Has anyone mentioned the executive summary & conclusion sections of the OIG report don't match the actual facts laid out in the body of the report.

This to me is proof that we are reading the RR watered down version, he knows the press only reads the summary, not the whole.

you wouldn't believe it by listening to the news this morning. No one seems to have clued into this yet. Maybe on Monday when Horowitz is in front of congress, someone will ask if this report is 100% his own words or if anything was changed.
