This seems significant and worthy of digging and dot connecting. I read all the notables, so hopefully I'm not going over previous ground, but here goes:
The only reason IMO HC set up a private server was to have "private" comms (or at least plausibly deniable (pseudonymous?) comms, perhaps using their own code words, e.g. pizza, hot dog, walnut sauce, cheese, etc.).

So we have various bad (and one good) actors here, Loretta Lynch, HRC, James Clapper, James Comey, Chuck Schumer, Andrew McCabe, No Name, Rod Rosenstein, Susan Rice (unlikely it's Seth Rich), John Brennan, Huma & Valerie Jarret ALL using email that went through her server.
We also have Eric Schmidt setting up a PRIVATE NETWORK in NK. Which seems to me was going to be used by the bad actors for secure comms. Maybe they had some sort of secure VPN system they were going to use? Need a secure networking fag here.
Was she counting on these "off the books" comms being unusable against her(?) b/c she was not subject to a search warrant/investigation (due to comped FBI/DOJ?), and therefore any interception of her & her co-conspirators comms by white hats would be therefore inadmissible in court?).
I'm not sure, but it seems if a national state of emergency and marshal law were declared and imposed, then these things WOULD be admissible, as UCMJ does not allow for the same private citizen's protection under The Constitution and civil law/code? Need a UCMJ fag here, but it looks like these people are stupid. Really stupid.
