didn't diana die from a 'heart attack' too? technically aortic perforation i think, but cause of death was heart failure i'm fairly sure.
funny coincidence too, that heart attacks are the second best cause of death for organ harvesting (assuming the deceased is put on ice asap) just after plug-pulling c/o brain-death in hospital…
