Abil=ability, Qabil=tradition. That "qab" in Qabil is the root of Qaballah, the Kaa'ba in Mecca, and I encourage everyone else to do their own work and challenge the shit out of everything because it will reap wild dividends over the historical and scientific obscurantism of our era.

At some point after this, and by approximately 200 years before Julius Caesar, Cushites controlled the entire cinnamon route from India to the point the Greeks and Romans believed it was being produced in Punt.
