That is a picture of a picture.
It is stretched because the display is tilted slightly to avoid reflected light when taking the picture.

I concluded a few weeks ago that many pictures posted here are pictures of pictures.
The old guy's ear, for instance.
I know photography and many pictures are too flat, not 3 dimensional enough to be real pics.
Pictures of pictures are flat like that … and almost always distorted, especially from a camera phone.
This is due to taking the inability to take a picture of a picture straight on without reflection. You must tilt your camera phone (or camera) slightly, which distorts the picture.
