I wonder if they're holding off arrests because while they're free, the public will pay more attention to their crimes, and it will help wake up more people once the list of crimes becomes too long to ignore. If they were arrested already people would just say "who cares, they're already in jail"
Yes but then there would be more people still on the fence or on the democrat side not understanding why these people were in jail and the country would still be divided. We're going to bring as many over to the winning side before the swift justice happens. I really do think all the arrests will happen in the span of a day or two
