Yet a rosetta stone for cosmic contact exists, and as many anons here have already testified, anyone can bypass the natsec classification by engaging the CE5 Protocols based on UNIVERSAL principles of contact an exchange.
That's the fucking beautiful aspect of disclosure. All we have to do to get full disclosure is get enough ppl doing CE5 to grant ET permission to enter our skies/touch down. When that happens there will be NO turning back and the cures, the technology, all of the beautiful secrets will be released.
