Here heaven = those above, the elites, the vatican (ROME), Jesuits, etc. To blaspheme against them and make war with the saints is an inversion, it's literally true (and actually will probably reflect how MSM may paint this picture) in that he (Trump) is about to, or perhaps has already, unleashed his wrath on TPTB (the saints, and "God" as in the church). Would look like a war in heaven against the saints to us commoners.
