Ketrol Island:

Per the picture water is deep enough to hide Sub, there is also a sand dredging operation going on and the two dumping sights you see is where the sand is dumped, sure place people wouldn't go fishing etc..

 

Naval base:

note torpedo testing site etc etc, was the sub moved from this base and disappear from the books??
