>Reverend on FOX last night talking about the PA Bishops story and the "documented" years of torture and rape kept journalized, was only the start of releasing information. That the Vatican has entire underground library that needs to see the light of day. What is in all those volumes and why are they kept in the dark? They need to be released.

>Dark to Light.

EXACTLY! morning all. no real covfefe yet but wanted to say this fresh off of my dreams:

this whole PA BISHOPS revelation imo is proof of a 'continuing criminal enterprise' under RICO laws.

RICO laws have criminal and CIVIL applications, meaning civilians can sue for treble damages.

under RICO, because of the 'continuing' nature, no statute of limitations as with child sex assault. also can be filed anywhere the enterprise operates.

definition RICO

Under RICO, a person who

has committed "at least two acts of racketeering activity"

drawn from a list of 35 crimes—

27 federal crimes and 8 state crimes—

within a 10-year period

can be charged with racketeering

if such acts are related

in one of four specified ways

to an "enterprise".

Those found guilty of racketeering

can be fined up to $25,000

and sentenced to 20 years in prison

per racketeering count.

In addition, the racketeer must forfeit all ill-gotten gains and interest in any business gained through a pattern of "racketeering activity."

civil RICO

'common purpose, related and continuous'

Civil Remedies for Victims

For civil claims brought by private parties who have been victimized by a criminal organization, the burden of proof is less onerous than in criminal court. A preponderance of the evidence standard applies. This means the jury must find that it is at least slightly more likely than not that the racketeering activities did in fact happen as alleged. Despite the lower burden of proof, civil RICO lawsuits are difficult and expense for individuals to pursue. Those who win are rewarded, however. Successful plaintiffs can recover "treble damages," or in other words, three times the amount of money they lost due to the defendant's actions.

imo this proves up that the vatican ie the catholic church is involved in a continuing criminal enterprise.

haven't had time to look yet to see if RICO charges have ever been attempted against the church, but it worked for the mafias.

the way i see it same/same.

not awake, not a lawfag, so mebbe an awake lawfag can chime in. this was a big part of my dream cycle overnight.
