Why can't POTUS do what President Lincoln did:
Executive Order—Arrest and Imprisonment of Irresponsible Newspaper Reporters and Editors
May 18, 1864
No one seems to think the timeline may have been moved forward? I think with the posts we have been getting, it may well be true.
