If Fraud Upon the Court was challenged in the FISC, that would be a secret hearing conducted by SC. If the other 3 Judges have continued to rule with a credible suspicion of Fraud, their Judicial immunity could be at risk prompting Sessions to request clarity of his recusal / unrecusal to prosecute those Judges . All of their past decisions would be null and void therefore, Sessions recusing himself from a campaign involved investigation would be nullified. The Deep State may come back and give reason for an investigation at a later point but all past decisions would be voided. That could be the secret hearing reason.
