This is what I am getting out of it. Or that the AI is very limited in its capability relative to the volume of traffic and flexibility of memes.
Of course, I question whether or not the DoD/NSA actually has such capabiluty as the processing power required would be off the charts without some kind of new paradigm in computer processing.
It was a bluff the tech companies tried to call without fully appreciating the scope of what they were claiming to have developed.
