Seems likely that when the FBI got involved the local law enforcement was superseded and could not prosecute.
Someone with greater knowledge in this area should confirm before making that assumption any more than my suggestion however.
It is my firm and immovable opinion that no sitting or past President will ever be criminally prosecuted. The integrity of the office must be preserved.
That's not to say there are no alternatives…
But no, Barry will never be criminally indicted.
