Some people went all nuts saying the orientation matters. Whatever. What this particular anon is saying is that VIPAnon has absolutely no reason to lie about the photo or the (((+))) because then Q could just come back and be like "No, we didn't do that". Considering VIPAnon has been effectively "doxxed", why would he even dream of lying?
