We never really learned much at all about "Kate," did we???
Impossible to research, because (conveniently) she only has a first name.
I wonder whether anybody ever really indicated ("Boyd") or whether that was just fantasyland?
If anyone knows how to find that info, that would be interesting.
Here's the article on the supposed indictment:
The Tulsa man accused of driving to Pennsylvania and making threats against President Donald Trump and members of his family earlier this summer has been indicted by a federal grand jury.
Jeffrey Gardner Boyd, 55, was indicted Tuesday for “unlawfully possessing a firearm and ammunition,” according to a release from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Boyd drove from Tulsa to Pennsylvania at the end of July to meet a woman he met on Twitter who lives near Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where Trump was scheduled to speak at an Aug. 2 rally.
Boyd allegedly told the woman, who eventually reported him to police, that voices were telling him to kill Trump, Donald Trump Jr., lvanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner. State troopers found Boyd in his vehicle about 45 minutes southwest of where Trump was scheduled to speak.
They allegedly found a loaded .45-caliber pistol and two loaded magazines in the car.
The indictment alleges that Boyd was subject to a protection order that prohibited him from “harassing, stalking or threatening another person, and which specifically required (him) to surrender all firearms.”
A message to Boyd’s attorney was not immediately returned.
The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania referred to him as Jeffrey R. Boyd. Other court documents list his name as Jeffrey Gardner Boyd.
The maximum federal penalty for the charge against Boyd is a 20-year prison sentence, a term of supervised release following imprisonment and a fine, according to the release.
The charges stem from a joint investigation conducted by the United States Secret Service and the Pennsylvania State Police.
