I don't know about the paradise fire.
The Woolsey fire is burning through High Value CA residential. Bit name Hollywood (not just "talent"/sports stars etc. The property is insured.
Between say Calabasas and Malibu are state/Federal nature preserves. Doen't fit narrative. It's socal, fires happen. Spoopy it happened at same time as Borderline incident.
The NorCal Paradise fire is much more disturbing. The whole town burned down. I doubt there's sufficient insurance to cover the damage,
