Anons, I have been going through the following major counties in the US…Dallas County TX, Harris County TX, Miami-Dade Fl, and Bronx County NY…they run between 52-56% registered voters as a percentage of the population.
The entire state of TX is 54%…and yet Broward county is 59%…the ethnic make up of Broward is pretty evenly split between black, white and hispanic. 40% of households speak a language other than English at home. https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fact/table/browardcountyflorida/PST045217
Point being: It seems unlikely that Broward would have 3-5% more registered voters as a percentage of the population than other major cities…unless they use Broward as a reserve pool of fraudulent votes for statewide elections. That 3-5% is certainly enough to swing tight races.
