What I believe "placeholder" means:
"Q" team is ready-ing, preparing us for the releases.
The "placeholders" is for the URL where we would go download the info.
7 categories are listed.
I assume there will be evidences in each category.
Some of our archives already have some evidences - logic - probable causes for further investigations.
But the "placeholders" would be for the organized evidences beyond what we have. "Leaked"/ disseminated to explain the news.

Sorry if anyone has brought this up previously, I'm able to read only a portion of each bread [and digest it] as it goes; and miss a majority of the info.
