The profile date is interesting, July 7 of last year. Also it looks like this photo came from an iPhone, if not a definite Apple product.

The only products that were released before July 2017 that were Apple related and used the DCI-P3 protocol can be found in the wikipedia entry provided. Given the profile creation date being early July, I would put my money on the hardware that took this picture being one of the two second gen iPads that were released in June of 2017.
Whether it's Q's hardware or an image they lifted off of someone else's device is unknown. Creation date puts the time at a 4pm, so definitely not a US timezone.
If we can trust the validity of the metadata. exif data is not hard at all to edit.
