Cabal won't let their own people be tried for treason, so Q arranged for Flynn to take the fall in a way the opposition would buy. The biggest issue here is the population's reliance on MSM for what to do.
Flynn's crucifixion is a way to get the population rooting for prominent criminals to be tried for treason. Once you open that door, the cabal is done.
