There are 2 kinds of stroke.
The rarer kind is hemorrhagic stroke (hope I got that right) and it can strike a person of any age, because it's caused by a congenital malformation/weakness of cerebral blood vessels.
We're so accustomed to stroke that happen to elderly people and those with high blood pressure. Most people are not aware of the rarer hemorrhagic kind.
I knew a young man in his 40s that had one.
