Just watched. Agree with this assessment. Would not personally characterize it as an eyeroll.
Think she knows a lot of things that we are not privy to that if they were made public, it would be quite shocking to most people.
Noticed many reporters were trying to nail POTUS on "American taxpayers paying for the wall". One thing he touched upon that could maybe be drilled down further is the savings to the government over time due to the reduction of drugs and illegal immigrants. This should be measured like any other capital project is - amortized over a very long time period.
Municipalities get away with those calculations for stadium projects all the time.
