I don't really know much about Greer, but yes, as you can see the protocols do work. I don't think that automatically makes him a bad guy, he was only pleading for Disclosure with various Cabalists, but nobody cared except for good folks.

Agreed, it appears he did have to move goalposts - lo and behold, positive ETs do exist and CE-5 really works - and it almost looked like he was open to actual dialogue. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice…
