May I suggest?

1) Text should be maximally readable even as a thumbnail … which is how most memes will be seen on twitter

2) To achieve that, aim for fewer words and a more basic font. I actually aim for 7 words or less, often fail, but that is the goal.

"libel" is an incorrect spelling in this context.

The word you need here is "liable".

Please use a dictionary, look up both words, learn when to use each one.
