I can't listen to this guy. He's horrible. Stranahan is a bag of hot air with an enormous ego who talks a lot but never gets to the point of whatever story he's trying to tell. It's incredibly difficult to follow him.

Perhaps Bongino wrote him off as an idiot like I did. Someone claiming to be a journalist should be able to explain info concisely and clearly like you did here. Stranahan does not. If you have any links proving his claim on this, please post them.

Something similar happened in China. When the Communist Party there agreed to embrace capitalism, the CP's leaders ended up controlling almost all the public assets and became the wealthy class. Clinton people were involved in the transformation there.

I haven't found proof yet to support this claim that came from a Clinton henchman. It sounds so similar to what you described happened with Russia.

The proof I'm looking for was the Clinton involvement. Expats living in China have confirmed the wealthy there are almost exclusively CP leaders.
